AIMS International is an international network of personnel consultancies which possess a wealth of experience in the search and selection of employees. All AIMS members are respected experts in their own countries and have an international focus in their businesses. Among the many stringent preconditions for being a partner in AIMS is the requirement for the highest standards of professionalism.
Participation in this organization provides our Clients with access to the latest and most advanced methodology of recruitment, enables the international search for candidates and to deal with Clients operating outside of Poland.
History of AIMS International
AIMS was founded in 1992 as an association of 5 search and selection firms from: France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland and UK. It was incorporated in Vienna (Austria). The name AIMS, which was originally the acronym of Associates for International Management Search, has evolved into the current AIMS International.
AIMS International is represented by over 90 offices in over 45 countries on five continents, having a team of over 350 consultants. AIMS International provides various clientele with a wide spectrum of services including Coaching, HR Audit, Personnel Assessment, Interim Management, Career Planning and designing various HR tools.
As recently as 2006, the group opened 20 new subsidiary offices, for example, in China, India, United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Lithuania, Korea, Viet Nam and Canada.

Mr. Rolf Heeb - AIMS International-Germany GmbH
Rolf Heeb, MBA ? Before founding IFM, held senior key positions within BDO and Arthur Andersen in Germany and USA. He was previously Managing Director with Baumgartner + Partner, leading German Management Consulting and Headhunting Company. Now Founder, Partner and Managing Director of IFM, Institut für Managementberatung GmbH and AIMS International-Germany GmbH with 4 offices in Germany (Neuss, Hamburg, München and Stuttgart).

Mr. John Poracky - M.Wood Company, USA
John Poracky, newly appointed Vice President of AIMS International and the original Regional Head of the Board for the Americas region, is a Senior Partner with M. Wood Company, a US based executive search and consulting firm. Before joining M. Wood Company in 1988, he held senior leadership positions in the banking, financial services and information technology industries with companies including Bank of America and Deloitte & Touche. Poracky?s career spans more than 25 years in strategic development, operations management, consulting, marketing and executive search.

Svein J. Iversen, newly appointed EMEA Board Member, is the Founder and co-owner of AIMS International-Norway. Before founding the company he was Senior Partner with InterSearch and Right Management Consultants after holding the position of General Manager Mammoet Shipping and Smit International in Norway.

Jean Frey, Engineering and Economy graduate, is Managing Partner of AIMS Switzerland.He has occupied several positions as CEO (trade), Sales Manager Europe (investment goods) and Director (wholesale). His industry-specific experience is in construction and construction materials, engineering companies, investment and consumer goods, as well as finance.

During her decade in China, Mrs. Moriel has published a number of articles in international magazines on challenges on recruiting and retaining key staff in China and is the Advisor to the Shanghai University on International Career Development.
